Your call will be answered by a trained advisor who will arrange support for your enquiry if required, including in-call diagnostics if appropriate, to help solve your dispense issue quickly.
Asahi aim to attend all Health and Safety related calls or Total dispense system failures within 4 hours.
In addition to the day to day support for system issues, our team of eight Quality Managers ensure our installations meet your outlets requirements and resolve any persistent issues.
The team also conduct group Cellar Management courses either in your outlet, online, or in one of our two training centres at Griffin Brewery, Chiswick, or Asahi House, Woking, our UK headquarters.
