We have a custom event space available for you to hire in our Woking head office.

The space can hold up to 160 people and is perfect for your team get togethers, kick off meetings and more!

Standard day delegate package starts at £40pp and includes the following - 

  • Conference floor, including conference area set up in theatre style for up to 160 people, break out space and 2 meeting rooms
  • Dedicated events team to assist you on the day
  • Arrival refreshments of tea & coffee with a selection of delicious mini pastries
  • Full AV set up
  • Notepad and pen for each delegate
  • Flipchart with pad and pens
  • Mid-morning refreshments of tea & coffee served with biscuits
  • Still & sparkling water
  • A delicious working buffet lunch served in your breakout area (alternative menus are available upon request)
