Meantime Brewing is announced as the Official Beer of Charlton FC

The Valley fans to be poured the freshest beer from the brewery based just down the road at the Home of Time, Greenwich.  

  • We are delighted to announce a partnership between Charlton Athletic Football Club and Greenwich-based Meantime Brewery, which will see its range of craft beers served to thousands of fans visiting The Valley.
  • As part of the deal Charlton have invested in the stadium infrastructure to improve the quality of the beer served on a matchday.
  • A football-partnership first for Meantime will see its craft beer range served up to the 27,000 fans making up the capacity at The Valley.
  • The new selection of drinks will be available to enjoy at Saturday’s FA Cup tie against Stockport County.
  • Further details on the partnership will be announced in due course, including details of how supporters can get involved in helping with the production of an exclusive beer to The Valley.

Charlton are delighted to announce a multi-year partnership with Greenwich-based Meantime Brewery, which will see its range of craft beers, led by flagship Meantime Anytime IPA, served to thousands of fans visiting The Valley.

Charlton FC legend, Alan Curbishley, was on hand to make sure The Valley fans are poured the freshest beer from the brewery based just down the road - at the Home of Time, Greenwich.

The partnership will offer supporters an improved matchday experience at The Valley, with investment to upgrade the hospitality infrastructure and beer offering to fans. Asahi UK will support the improvement of the club’s beer storerooms to ensure fans receive the perfect pint of Meantime beer as well as a range of brands from the Asahi UK portfolio.

The new offering will be available to purchase in the home end for Charlton’s FA Cup tie with Stockport County on Saturday, November 26th and include Meantime Anytime IPA, Meantime London Pale Ale, Grolsch Pilsner, Fuller’s London Pride, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, and Cornish Orchards Gold.
